• Email address - only if you voluntarily join our waitlist
• Technical data - basic server logs (IP address, browser type, access time) for security purposes

We do not collect:

• Names, addresses, or phone numbers
• Payment information
• Location data
• Data from your ICS/SCADA systems (the tool runs locally on your machine)

3. How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used solely to:

• Notify you when ICScheck launches
• Send important product updates (rarely)

We will never:

• Sell your email to third parties
• Send spam or marketing emails
• Share your data with advertisers

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data based on:

• Consent - when you voluntarily submit your email to join our waitlist
• Legitimate interest - for basic security logging to protect our service

• Stored securely using industry-standard encryption
• Processed by ConvertKit (our email service provider) - their privacy policy
• Retained only as long as necessary (until you unsubscribe or request deletion)

• Third-party analytics (no Google Analytics)

Because we don't use non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required.
